Robert Baten - President

Born and raised in Houston, TX, graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 30+ years of experience. I spent the first 17 critical years of my career as either a Project Engineer or Lead Engineer. Those years not only included design, but required me to follow manufacturing, rectify issues with my design, and assemble / test the equipment I designed. In many instances, I also mobilizied for the installation, commissioning and operation of that equipment.
That experience was crucial in developing the knowledge to see failures in the design before they become reality. It also laid the foundation for my ability to lead projects, departments and companies. I have spent the last 15 years using that practical engineering experience as Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, Vice President and President.
My passion lies in both delivery of technology through innovation, problem solving, project planning and execution as well as managing large, complex projects. Integral Engineering leverages that passion and pairs it with our network of experience to help companies deliver products, solutions, projects and engineering policies / procedures.
